Log in to your Eva account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
